POSITION SUMMARY:
The Outreach Program Manager, Southern Region will be responsible for the execution of a comprehensive new business development and community outreach plan for Brandman University's, BU, Southern Region Campuses (Mira Costa College) and Fully Online Campus. She/he will focus on mission based strategic business development ventures that will add value to BU's Business School in terms of expanding educational offerings, opening new student markets, and serving new adult business industry segments. The incumbent will be responsible for working with the Business School Dean, Associate Vice Chancellor of Strategic Business Development, Director of Corporate Relations and other BU stakeholders in order to develop and implement outreach and new business development plans to generate inquiries needed to meet new student enrollment goals for BU's Business School degrees. The incumbent will oversee and manage special projects, for example, scholarship programs, advisory boards, professional associations, community college partnerships and other creative strategies to increase awareness and student enrollments for BU's Business School degrees. As an industry expert the incumbent will provide up-to-date knowledge of job market and industry trends and will provide consultative feedback to key BU academic and administrative stakeholders.
This position reports to the Associate Vice Chancellor of Strategic Business Development and Director of Corporate Relations and is held accountable for meeting new business development, outreach and inquiry generation goals for the BU Business School Degrees.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential functions: 100% of time
- Supervise and Manage Key Action Plans, Strategies to increase student funnel, ultimately enrollments.
- Develop and manage key account B2B partners and community college partnerships who engage in mutually beneficial agreement arrangements with BU to support Business Degrees at their organizations.
- Work directly with Key BU Administrator and Academic Faculty to determine the target market for each academic program and develop program specific strategic outreach plans.
- Develop an Outreach Plan, including action plans to support enrollment growth for the BU Business School Degree Programs.
- Track all performance metrics on a weekly basis by campus in order to analyze statistical data to enhance outreach and yield strategies.
- Provide weekly, monthly, session reviews and quarterly reports of actual performance versus targets to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Strategic Business Development, Director of Corporate Relations and key Brandman University Administrators.
- Establish lead generation and conversion benchmarks in conjunction with the Associate Vice Chancellor for Strategic Business Development and Director of Corporate Relations in order to meet new student enrollment goals.
